125 g võid
75 g pruuni suhkrut
1 muna
150 g tatrajahu
1 tl küpsetuspulbrit
100 g mandlilaaste

One important product in Breton cuisine is salty butter. These crispy biscuits are so simple but delicious, buttery with little hint of salt.
On my way to find out the best filling for raspberry macarons. This time I made whipped white chocolate ganache. But I already have some new ideas for next time.

There are 3 different size of macarons.
Classical ones, grands macarons like
 these individual macaron cakes here
and géants macarons. Last ones are in
my baking list. Before making one I
have to find out the best cream to use
in middle.
Work is in progress.
My caramel beurre salé addiction continues. There are 1 000 000 ways to eat caramel beurre salé and macarons are one of the best.
It's hard to make biscuits more healthier than these are.
Having only 3 ingredients - banana, coconut and oatmeal. These biscuits are chewy and soft.
So ideal for your breakfast!

You really have to love tea to love these naturally green biscuits.
And better it goes. My raspberry macarons  tastes and looks like real ones. Crispy outside and soft inside.
After 3 years in France I finally decided to make some macarons.  Not bad for a first time.

Beloved peanut butter
cookies with divine
rhubarb jam or savory
cream of dates.
These cookies love you
and they are not afraid
to show it out!

Crispy and melting in mouth peanut butter cookies with dark chocolate inside.
It can't be any better...

You take two peanut
butter cookies,
you glue them together
with peanut butter or
cream of dates or
caramel or chocolate
mousse and what a surprise -
you will have double
goodness in your hand.

Usually are cookies made of flour,
butter, sugar and eggs.
But these ones doesn't contain
any of named ingredients.
Instead i used tahini, agave nectar and
almond flour.
And how these cookies taste? -
Like soft sesame bars. Yummy!

Garlic-rosemary whole
wheat crackers with sea
salt are excellent
appetizers or party snacks.

Chewy cookies with strong chocolate taste and with an intense aroma of best spices are just shouting "eat me!"
They will please your taste with cold milk.

Traditional full of spices christmas cookies.
Best with glögg.

Chewy and caramelly bites are good treats with what to start your glorious day. Cornflackes with milk is so yesterday. Cornflackes with chocolate and caramel - this is future! :D

 Cookies with a bacon

tastes still sweet and
the way how they melt
in your mouth - Wow!
Best with black tea.
